RMPS Application Guidelines

The primary purpose of RMPS is to present leading edge practices, technology, community and theory for senior human resource leaders to further advance the profession.

Our goal is to create a community of progressive HR practitioners and to provide opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career development for our members. It is our goal to maintain a 70/30 practitioner to consultant ratio at all times.  As a result, it is possible that those who are not currently in a practitioner role or those who are currently in a consultant role, may be placed on a membership waiting list.

We adhere to a strict non solicitation policy at our programs and within our community.

To ensure our membership base is in alignment with the RMPS purpose, we ask that:

  • Practitioners have 10 years of progressive HR experience with most recent experience in strategic HR roles partnering with executive leadership and/or organization strategy.

  • Non-practitioners have 10 years of experience as an HR practitioner and/or equivalent demonstrated consultation experience that supports strategic priorities of today’s HR executives.
